Many of our homeowners have never built a Personalized Home and are justifiably apprehensive about the process. This is where Stonebridge Homes excels by capitalizing on our depth of experience. The greatest compliment we hear from our homeowners over and over again is how enjoyable we made the building process.
Step One - Finding the right site and plan
Initially, your New Home Consultant will guide you through the discovery of which home site is most desirable for cultivating the roots of your new life. Then we work with you to discern which home design and flex options per plan best suit your needs and lifestyle.
Step Two - Consult with our professional designers
Next is a visit to our beautiful Design Center and a consultation with our designers, who are available by appointment only to ensure that you get uninterrupted attention during your selections process. You may also visit the design center without consultation as often as you like, free to become truly inspired and create your masterpiece from our exceptional collections of materials, textures, and colors.
Step Three - Meet with your building team
After you complete your selections, you will meet with your building team for a pre-construction meeting. This meeting is attended by your New Home Consultant, Designer, Builder, and Construction Manager to review all details of your Personalized home prior to beginning construction. This is a very enlightening and educational experience as we describe the processes involved in building your one of a kind dream home.
Enjoy this informative process
Throughout the building process you will have an opportunity to meet with your team no fewer than three times. These meetings are structured to allow you to become intimately involved in your home and enjoy "hands on" experiences. Our homeowners genuinely enjoy these meetings and have told us that it added to the enjoyment of homeownership.
