Request for Warranty Service
Our procedures require that all requests for service be submitted in writing to our warranty department. The "Request For Service" forms to be used are in your Homeowner's Manual or can be accessed on this web-site and sent by e-mail form. Once we receive your request, we will be contacting you. If you have an emergency, please call our offices at 281 983-8700 and please follow up with an e-mail to warranty@stonebridgehomes.net with information regarding your emergency.
One Time Request for Service
We provide maintenance on sheetrock cracks, nail pops, grout cracks, trim and molding separations and carpet re-stretching one time only during the first year in your home. It is suggested that the homeowner send in the "One Time Request" form near the end of the one year limited warranty period. It is the homeowner's responsibility to initiate the one year warranty work.
