Then we found Stonebridge Homes, and they drew-up a home that could not only meet our needs, but actually make Josh's life better. We purchased a home in the Seabrook Island subdivision in December of 2004 and wanted to pass on to you our appreciation for the efforts of your employees at that location. My family and I have been extremely satisfied with quality of the home we purchased and with the follow-up work that was done to insure our complete satisfaction.
The Stonebridge Homes New Home Consultant was extremely helpful throughout the entire purchase process and exhibited just the right mix of patience, professionalism and courtesy. In our return move to the Houston area, we looked at many builders and developments and the New Home Consultant's approach to sales was a refreshing and positive change from the typical "pressure" salesperson. They were outstanding!
Your team worked tirelessly to insure our satisfaction with warranty items. They were prompt to return phone calls and would schedule a date certain when the work could be done. The attitude of getting things right and working them to completion combined with an honest approach was indeed refreshing.
I wanted to take a few moments to pass on these comments about your employees, you are indeed fortunate to have them on your team.

It has been about a year since we moved into this Stonebridge home and every day it feels more comfortable and is the place where we like to return. When we were so frustrated with our original builder for all the delays from our contract with them, little did I realize how much events were working in our favor by allowing us to change to Stonebridge. Thanks for all your help throughout the year to adjust those items that needed adjusting or just answering my many questions. All of your vendors have been very courteous and helpful.
